Let it Go; Break a Dish!

Talk about a visual and energy release!! The way I've read this process works is to write down all the things you need to let go of on the dish and then smash and break the dish.

The broken pieces don't get swept up or thrown away because each piece is pretty in it's own way. Any one piece is no more or less important than the others and, when used together, can create new beautiful art.
Just like us! All the good, the bad, the lessons, the joy- every piece is just as beautiful and important. I find that it's not in letting go that creates the soul; it's in the work of putting it back together. That's where the magic
happens.
